The artist on display in the lobby for the month of June will be Nancy Polo. Her art is realistic and scenic. Some of you may know her or have seen her art featured at The Barns of Rose Hill. She is quite a local gem. Her art will be on display and FOR SALE for the entire month of June, 2022.
I have made a few changes to my website. Mommy&Me(phase 1) Yoga classes are now being referred to as Baby&Me Yoga. Mommy&Me(phase 2) Yoga classes are now being referred to as Toddler&Me Yoga. Also, these classes no longer have separate pricing. They are the same prices as all the other Group Yoga classes so that mothers can buy a package and use it across the board! With or without their little one.
This week I will be starting to offer Hatha/Vinyasa Classes for the Intermediate/advanced student. I am very much so looking forward to teaching you how to stay dropped into your body and breath while moving faster and deeper.
